I was just hoping there was a message board for someone like me. I need to lose 130 pounds. I had pretty much given up and figured this is how I will always be. Anyway, I got pretty motivated watching "The Biggest Loser" on tv. These people all lost weight and became more healthy. I figure if they can do it, so can I!
So I started my journey on Jan 3rd. I've done step aerobics a couple times a week for a long time, but ate whatever I wanted. Now I am eating a lot of salads, drinking a lot of water and have lost 9 pounds so far. I am very excited about this, but want to join this group so when things slow down I can stay motivated and hopefully help motivate all of you.
This is the year that we will finally make it happen!
