How much should you lose?

I have a question and want some opinions. I have been on a weight loss program for two weeks that I created. It is low fat and low calorie. I have less than 2000 calories a day and less than 30 grams fat. I drink 6 eight ounce glasses of water a day and walk 30 minutes a day. I weigh in the 230s. I have lost four pounds. Is this about right? I thought I would have lost more like six or seven since the start of a diet often has huge jump start loss. What do you think?

It really depends on the person. Some people just lose weight faster than others even though they are doing all the right things. It really isn't fair. They say one-two is normal and since you passed that I think you are doing great. sharla
