How is it that you can eat absolutely perfectly in a day and not lose weight?
It doesn't seem fair. I am not giving up, just asking why?

i know, i know, it's frustrating.
i weigh myself every morning and i get really upset when the number doesn't go down. just remember that the weight didn't come on overnight and it's not going to come off overnight. consider weighing every other day or once a week instead of every day. if you're anything like me, though, you couldn't wait to get on the scale after a whole day of staying on plan. i understand {{{auctiongirl_99}}}. just remember it's a long, drawn-out process and not a one-dayer.
hth!

(((auctiongirl))) hang in there!
I think it is better to check your weight weekly than daily...I know it is hard, I too am a slave to the scale at times. But I notice that loss often doesn't show up right away. Not to mention, there are times a gain does not show up right away..I have had those weeks where I have been less than perfect and still lost a few pounds only to have the gain show up the next week ( i know..the horror!!). Honestly, it is best to look at your progress over a month because you also have to account for body fluctuations with your cycle.
Hang in there though, we will get there!!!

Are you meaning that you ate good for a day and didnt lose anything in that day?
I always think the same thing!!! Although it's better to weigh once a week ... I check once a day!! Be proud of yourself for making it through the day!!! One day at a time!!
