greetings all.
i have decided to embark on a path that was once very successful for me. before i explain, i need you all to know that i am addicted to all things FLYlady and SARK so i have borrowed a LOT from them in this plan.
2005 is a year i have decided to dedicate to loving myself more, and so i am making tiny changes (FLYlady calls them babysteps; SARK calls them micromovements) to that end. so i decided that i would start logging steps again. i don't have a pedometer...i just use a notebook and make a tally mark every 100 steps LOL. my initial goal is 10,000...i'm going to see how that goes for a while.
so far today i'm at 4034 steps.
my other micromovement is to drink at least 64 oz of water a day. i'm 20 oz down toward that goal today.
anyone else want to jump on the micromovement/babystep bandwagon?

Hi Ruth,
Congrats on your challenge! I have looked in to Flylady and think it is a wonderful idea. I have not become "addicted" yet but sure wouldn't mind trading my "food addiction" for an addiction to being organized, clean, and taking care of myself.
Good luck to you with your goals and keeping track of those steps. Treat yourself to a pedometer if you can...I was smiling trying to picture you walking around counting steps. I would definitely lose track! :)
