Now, do we want a serious big challenge, where there are a bunch of things to do daily and you count up your points for completing them (for example: exercise 20 mins, eat 5 f/v, drink 40oz water, post a recipe) each day?
If yes to the above, how long should this go on? 1 week? 2? A month? If it goes on more than one week, should each item go up, ie 40oz water first week, 50 the second week, etc?
Or, do we want smaller challenges all split up into one thing at a time?
Brainstorm here, people! (:

I think it would be good to do them all in 1 day, and get a certain amount of points. Not sure about the duration though, Ive never done a challenge before :)

From my experiences if challenges go on too long people stop doing them. Maybe we could each have non scale goals like to be able to fit in a pair of pants, or to go 45 minutes on the bike at the gym. We could also be divided up into support teams to encourage each other. We could do daily challenges like drink 8 oz more of water, Exercise 5 minutes more than usual, or add something new to your exercise routine, Try a new healthy recipe and share it with us.
These are just some ideas off the top of my head. I find it best when brain storming to put everything down so we have more to work with and chose the best ideas. I let you know if I think of anything else.sharla
ITA, Sharla. I was thinking a two week challenge would be good to start with, we can see how that goes. And there will be "fun" things in the challenge, not just water and exercise and all that ... stuff. (;
