I am eating what I want. Smaller amounts. With-in reason of course. I also go to curves 3 days a week. :-)Stephanie 280/247/223 just for now

Me too. Only, I haven't been eating smaller amounts the last couple of weeks. :(

Im following the Dr. Phil diet however I modify everything to fit my need...I watch everything...from portion size to calories, fat and carbs. I try to have no more then 1300 calories a day, no more then 80 grams of fat and no more then 130 grams of carbs...I also have to have at least 64oz of water a day.

I'm trying to eat a good healthy diet. I journal my food and exercise in a program called Diet Power. I try to keep my calories below 1700, my fiber at least 25 gm/day, get 3 good servings of low or non-fat dairy and balance my carbs (55%), fat (25%)and protien (20%). The computer progam gives me the feedback I need to make good choices and keeps me from deluding myself by underestimating the number of calories I eat.

I have been doing the Heart Healthy Diet, Ediet.com. Its a low calerie,low carb,low sodiem diet. I have been having a hard time this week with my family, lots a stress, so I have been slacking off. I need to keep at it for me and my body.
