I am sure a lot of you have already figured this out, but I am a little behind the curve. We have "On Demand" with our TV Cable. Last night we were fooling around with it and I discovered they have a fitness section. They have video's of everything from Walk away the Pounds , to Kick boxing, to Pilates, to belly dancing. They change every month or so. I am going to try the walk away the pounds one today. I just thought it was a great way to try an exercise program without going out and buying it.
