What are your goals for the week?

Let's start the week by listing some goals.
I will exercise 5 days. Three of those days will be at the gym. I will also concentrate on getting my water in. I don't drink water at all so this is a big one for me.

My goals are to walk the parking lot of my building at work at least once a day.
The second is to do everyday at least 10-minutes of the warm up of my exercise CD; that's all I can hold up to. I hope to work up to doing the whole warm up exercise section.

I have the free 8 week membership to Bally's. My goal is to get to Bally's and get signed up, then take the time to actually go and work out.

Its good to read everyone messages, it give me motivation to get up and do something.
My goal is to get out and walk,eat my 5 fruits and Vegs and drinks lots of Water.
