What are your goals for the week?

Let's start the week by listing some goals.

I will exercise 5 days. Three of those days will be at the gym. I will also concentrate on getting my water in. I don't drink water at all so this is a big one for me.

My goals are to walk the parking lot of my building at work at least once a day.

The second is to do everyday at least 10-minutes of the warm up of my exercise CD; that's all I can hold up to. I hope to work up to doing the whole warm up exercise section.

I have the free 8 week membership to Bally's. My goal is to get to Bally's and get signed up, then take the time to actually go and work out.

Hi everyone,
Its good to read everyone messages, it give me motivation to get up and do something.
My goal is to get out and walk,eat my 5 fruits and Vegs and drinks lots of Water.

My goal is to drink 30 oz of water every day at work (I even told my class to keep me accountable!) and work out 4 days this week. The eating will come slowly...as of right now, no more pizza!

Well this week Im taking a break from journaling and posting my exercise minute. My goals for this week is to increase my exercise. Not only work out in the morning but do anther set of exercises(weights,bike,walking,etc) at night before dinner. I am also going to increase my water intake and have no cheats whatsoever.

My goals are to do my weight routine at least twice this week and walk as much as my gimpy ankle will allow.

My goals for this week are to try one new dish (hopefully two), keep on target with my water intake and my fruits/veggies!
