good afternoon all! how is everyone today?

here in lexington, it's COLD. my knees and ankles get all stiff when it's this cold, but i'm keeping on.

i have made two micro-goals for myself, and until i'm meeting them on a consistent basis, i'm going to stick with them and not try to go overboard doing a lot of other things.

my first goal is to walk 10,000 steps per day. so far today, i'm at 6508. this is leaps and bounds beyond what i did on my workdays last week. so i'm encouraged :)

my other goal is to drink 64 oz of water per day, and so far today, i've had 40.

I don't know how you do it without a pedometer. It sounds like you are doing great and have some wonderful goals for the week. I'm doing good over here, but also a little cold. My goals are to increase both water and exercise during the next week. sharla
