Frustrated...counting carbs, exercise...

Hey, everyone. I've been frustrated lately about my weight loss for various reasons. One is that I know that I have to exercise to get these last 30-35 pounds off, but it's so darn cold out, and walking is something that I love to do...except I have ZERO motivation right now to do it. When it warms up some more, I'll be more inclined to walk, but walking is my main exercise that I do, and so I haven't been doing it for quite some time. I also haven't been motivated enough to exercise inside. I really wish I could afford to join a gym, but I can't right now.
The second thing that is frustrating me about my weight loss is that I am having trouble counting carbs. I use Fitday to count carbs, but I get lazy and I'm not on the computer enough to really stick to that. My biggest concern right now is that I don't know how to count carbs when I cook in the crock pot. I'll take a recipe that will give me the appropriate carb count, but then I'll go and change it (adding and/or deleting ingredients, and increasing size of recipe) and I don't know how to change the carbs accordingly. I guess I could just tally up the carb count on all the ingredients I use and then split it by the number of servings, but that seems to complicated for me. Does anyone have any tips? Or maybe there is a tool that you use that you could share with me? ~Sabrina

Sabrina, I think adding up the carb counts and then dividing it by the servings makes sense.
