good lord, have i been busy or what? we started tutoring at my job this week and i've had kids back to back to back to back.
today marks day four of meeting my step goal. one more bottle and i'll have met my water goal! a friend of mine came up with the awesome idea of putting stickers on your calendar for the days you meet your goals. i'm definitely going to do this.
my knees and ankles/feet have been really sore (i know i need new shoes but $$ is just not there right now). i've got the ankles braced today and they're a little better. i know they'll feel better once weight starts coming off in a big way. my body will also get used to the extra work too.
