I feel the same as you, Rely. I have decided to not omit any one food again. I am going to learn to eat in moderation. Doing really good this week. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! :-) Stephanie

Normal to me is to be able to move and do the things I enjoy without pain and the embarrassment of not being able to keep up the group. I want to be able to walk at a 4+ mph pace for 1 hr or more. I want to be able to climb 5 flights of stairs without my heart flying out of my chest. I want to wear normal sized clothes without X's in the size. I want to eat a healthy diet with occasional treats and splurges.

I'm with you Shawna. I don't think I will ever be able to give up journaling my food. I have reached the point that I KNOW what to eat and be healthy. I can put together a healthy daily menu without plugging in the numbers, but whenever I try to give up the journaling, something happens to me and I lose all control. Something about seeing the stats keeps me responsible.
