Awww thanks Shawna and Mary! And here I was feeling all blah and icky as I just finished some left over curry I had from dinner last night.
Now the pressure is on to keep it up...what have I done?

Ahh the pressure.
Curry wouldn't be so bad if you didn't add in things like the full fat yogurt (adds great texture), some samosas, basmatti rice and yummy nann bread. Oh and if you limit your portions! I love a good feed of curry.
But I know what you mean about the eating. I may have been exercising but my eating hasn't been consistent...something I need to work on this week.
How did your lunch go?
Well we didnt go to lunch but it was a good thing.
