Good job on the jazzercise girl!

But a word of warning, if you don't like the shimmies don't join bellydancing! It takes awhile to get used to shaking your body all over the place but man what a workout it is!

And you know what, 0.5 lbs isn't much at all and you'll have that gone in no time.

Oh and DOWN WITH THE CHIC AND THE POPTART!

my daughter and i are going to do Jazzercise on Saturdays....she's only 12, but she's almost my height and I think she'll have fun. But, she might see all us "oldies" and head for the hills! lol
