HELP ME!!!!

I started my health journey last week with 3 other girlfriends and decided to go with the Weight Watchers points system, since it worked for me before. I did so well, made good choices (even when I was faced with difficult decisions of having to eat out), stayed very focused, drank my water, even got in some exercise. And, I got on the scale this morning and I've lost only 1 pound!!!!
What is wrong with me? Should I alter the plan or stick with it? Should I try another eating plan? I am so upset this morning that I don't know if I should cry or punch something!!! I need some help, encouragement and any ideas.
