I couldn't survive if I didn't plan my meals. I make my out a week at a time right before I go to the store. Then I post it on the fridge. I have a few things like spag. that I keep on hand for those nights I just don't want to cook. My goal is to get 3 weeks worth of menus made up in a folder with recipes. Then I don't have to worry about planning and can just grab my weekly grocery list and go. sharla
