Start drinking water. This is a big one for me. I have a habit of not drinking anything all day which is why I ended up in the Hosp. with kidney stones last year. I really need to work on this not just for diet but for my overall health.
I'm rejoining Weight Watchers tonight (!!!), so my goal is to stick to the program like a barnacle, and particularly with the water (which I'm terrible at).
