My goal is to exercise 30 minutes each morning before my son wakes up. :-D

My goals are to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day and eat as healthy as I can.

Oh I've also made a commitment to myself to make my lunch every day this week, ensuring I am in control of my calorie intake.

My goals are to exercise 30 minutes a day and to exercise 45 minutes to an hour 3 times this week.

Write day my days menu each morning and to actually follow it.

Start drinking water. This is a big one for me. I have a habit of not drinking anything all day which is why I ended up in the Hosp. with kidney stones last year. I really need to work on this not just for diet but for my overall health.

I'm rejoining Weight Watchers tonight (!!!), so my goal is to stick to the program like a barnacle, and particularly with the water (which I'm terrible at).

I'm going to try to work out 2-3 this week and also to stick to my points range (for WW). I'm also going to watch how and what I eat!!!

My goals are to do my tae bo everyday, to eat more veggies and drink more water. THat about wraps it up.
