Good Morning All! I am truly trying not to just lurk around. So I am going to post everyday. AND I have decided just to spill it! No more holding it in! I have done pretty well this week on Atkins and I bought some workout dvd's. I actually opened one last night! I tried it for a while, I just felt like such an uncoordinated IDIOT. This may sound crass, but ARE there any vidoes/dvd's that dont have STICK SKINNY people...who SMILE the whole time. I need a video group that says..."this really sucks, but your almost done!!" (who arent smiling...cause im not) My daughter thought it was the funniest thing she had ever seen. No more working out with her either! My husband has been out of town for 2 1/2 weeks and will be home tonight! YIPEE! I have missed him!
Question for you guys...I read somewhere around here about a diary or something that a lot of people post too?! Carb counting too I think? Any help?
Great day to all!

Hey Kimberly
I lurk also. I am going to try to post more to.
If you find a video of that nature let me know.
I am going to start the gym ( water aerobic )
But would love to have a video I can use when I can not make it to the gym.
Till Later

Hi there! Glad you've come out of lurkdom...I myself am trying to post more too.As far as videos containing women who aren't stick figures, the only ones I've seen so far,and have,is Richard Simmons;"Sweatin to the Oldies".I haven't done them in a few years, but if you can handle Richard....they are fun and there are men and women of all shapes and sizes which is nice.

Hey Kimberly!
Hi Kimberly,
I tend to lurk a bit too much, myself. :) As for the video...I hear ya. I'm the exact same way. Nobody is *that* happy working out. lol Seriously, I have one of Richard Simmons' "Sweatin' To The Oldies" videos (can't find the durn thing, so I can't recall which one). It's pretty good. I'm a very uncoodinated person (two left feet....two left hands. lol) and still managed to follow it rather easily. It's very low-key, as in I didn't feel like he was trying to kill me, but hard enough that I recall having to work up to doing 30 minutes of an hour-long tape. Can't recall how happy they all were, but you know Richard. But if you can ignore that, it was pretty decent. It didn't make me feel like a stupid fat chick; it had *real* people in it, which went a lot for me.
