Well, I have had a pretty great week! I have posted here this week several times! :) I have not cheated so far this week and exercised 3 times! This is the best I have done in well....EVER! Thanks everyone for the Richard Simmons tips! I will find his videos. You all are so great! I love being here!

Worked out 3 times! YEA ! I have did well on my eating. I have not cheated !
But have not worked out YET ! My gym membership starts back today.
I am excited ! But scared at the same time. I wish they had women's hour where no men was allowed! Oh and all the pretty people ( perfect hair, perfect workout clothes, GREAT SHAPE , ) had to leave also! HAHA
Really that's my goal so I guess I need to look at them. LOL
Awesome job Kimberly!!!! You are doing great. Keep up the good work and your bod will have no choice but to give you what you are seeking.

HAHAHA! That is my problem. I don't like going to the gym because everyone is so dang cute and skinny. It's quite intimidating. I don't like feeling like I am stared at. I wish I could get a I don't give a crap attitude but so far that is no where in sight....

I am so glad you are doing well too! I feel really great about last week! I NEVER cheated! (trust me on this....its amazing) I did not get to exercise this weekend, but I am going to work out this afternoon! My weigh in was this morning...(i nearly fainted)15lbs! UNBELIEVEABLE!!! I REALLY did some reading up on atkins (i had tried it before) and realized I had been doing it only 1/2 right! I don't want to loose that much, that fast again, but it sure is a jump start!!

Its hard to bake them and not eat them.
