So, I am curious, what positive changes have all of you seen from working out and getting healthy besides watching the pounds and inches drop? What are the other things that keep you putting on your workout shoes and making the right food choices? Some of the things I have noticed in just the past two weeks is I have more energy, I don't feel tired all the time, I feel more in control of my body. How about everyone else? And what are the things that you are still trying to achieve?

When I work out consistently, I feel so much more energetic. And I actually look forward to working out.
