21 day challenge

I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in joining me for a little challenge? I have read that it takes 21 consecutive days to develop a habit, whether it be good or bad. Right now I am challenging myself to make working out a habit and have completed day 13 of 21 and it is getting easier everyday. So I figured I would use this to work in some more good habits. I am going to challenge myself to drink a minimum of 64 oz of water every day for 21 days. Anyone want to join me? Just pick a habit you want to incorporate or a couple if you want. I will post the starting day and we can all help each other beat those goals and bust those pounds. Anyone interested????

I'm with you on this! I could use the motivation. :-D Can we do two things for our challenge??
I'd like to drink 64oz of water AND get at least 15 minutes of exercise EVERY day. I doubt I could commit to more than that with my schedule, but any exercise is better than what I'm getting now. LOL! :-D
When should we start?
