Mine is Water!!! I hate it, and really dont drink it. I know that I am suppose to but I just cant get it down. I am doing the atkins diet so lemon is out of the question. It really doesnt help anyway, I still cant get it down with the lemon. I am drinking weak decaf ice tea instead. I know that it doesnt count the same but it is mostly water! It has to be better than diet cola with all that sodium. So there you have it, my down fall, LOL, a little glass of water!

Can I say everything? Lol.Actually,I'm trying to get into the habit of exercise everyday,so thats getting better....not easier,but better.Water,watching portion size,and control(as in trying to not eat something deemed "unhealthy").

For me it is the exercise...I went and purchased "walk away the pounds" and I like it but when I do it..it makes me very hungry.
So if I exercise in the morning by the time I get to work I am just straving! AND then I break down and go get a Jack in the crack breakfast something or other.
In the afternoon I am so tired all I want to do is just sit in my recliner! I checked and I don't have the equipment to be a man....but I love sitting in that chair with the remote!

What is the hardest thing about this journey? The not being able to eat what you want? The exercise? The water? Which part do you have the most difficult time with?
It seems the most difficult thing for me is getting into the habit of exercising as much as I can. I love working out, and I'm doing great with the healthy eating .. and even with the water. But I have the hardest time waking up early in the day and motivating myself to just start working out! I don't mind working out at all.. its just pulling myself away from reading or the computer or whatever and actually doing it! I'm having that problem right now even :( Eeh! But hopefully some day I'll conquer it :)

I hate the exercise! I never feel good after...
I never get to a point that I just have more energy!

I'm w/Bren...its every freaking thing! The water, the exercise, the portion control....ARGH! I also am very impatient and sabotage myself w/my impatience!
