I'm a snacker! So, this is my thing!

1. Popcorn. Smart Pop makes great popcorn and they even have kettle corn! I often eat this at night.

2. Green Tea. It tastes yummy and is an appetite suppressant.

3. Pretzels. Try the Rold Gold honey wheat braids. These are the best pretzels! Sometimes I dip them in Honey Mustard.

4. Low Fat cottage cheese with some fruit. My mom used to give me this as a treat when I was young. She ate it because it was low fat. I just wanted to be cool, like Mommy!

5. I have a great fat free spinach dip recipe if anyone wants it. It goes great with veggies! I make it for holiday get togethers. You can also put it on Reduced Fat Wheat Thins.

Okay, that's all I got for now! I'm hungry! lol

1) Pretzels are good for when I'm craving salty and crunchy (the days I've reached for chips, I've noticed, are days when I'm out of pretzels).

2) Slim-Fast meal replacement bars (or any other brands...there are a million of them, and a lot of low carb for those on Atkins)...yummy flavors that are sweet and chewy, and when combined with a glass or two of water, is very filling.

3) Lollipops if you know you're not hungry but have that urge to put something in your mouth (I tend to graze when I'm bored, plus I have that hand-to-mouth thing from when I smoked).

4) snacksize fruit cups, like applesauce or mixed fruit, the ones with no addded sugar. Heck, they even make little cups of jello with fruit in them.

5) Also, gummy candies, like those orange smiles ones. I got this idea from my grandfather. He's gone now, but he had high cholesterol, and he used to eat these as well those spearment leaves. But my grocery store has ones that are shaped like orange sections, but are in all different fruit flavors. Yummy for curing that "candy" urge. The best part is my kids hate them, so they're allllll mine. :D

Okay, here is the spinach dip recipe:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) of Fat Free cream cheese, softened
1 c. fat free sour cream
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained, chopped
1 c. chopped red bell pepper
1 envelope (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix

Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Blend in sour cream.

Add remaining ingredients, mixing until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This recipe makes 4 cups and the best part is it's fat free and only 25 calories per serving!! (2 tbsp. is a serving btw.)

Enjoy! I've never found a better spinach dip. For the best results, I would use Philadelphia Fat Free cream cheese and Breakstone's fat free sour cream.

1. Edamame(soy beans) If you haven't tried this you really should. They come frozen and you can get it with or without the shells. I sprinkle them with a little salt. My kids will sit down and eat an entire bag in one setting.

2. Soy Nuts. Very crunchy. great for when you want something like chips.

3. Cheese stick-string cheese

4. Apple and either 1 Tbsp of PB or cheese

5. Carrots and Peanut butter

6. Hard boiled egg. I have friends that boil up a bunch and keep them in the fridge.

I have a few, I'll have to come up with some more during work tomorrow (so much better to be thinking of other things and not work lol)

100 Calorie Packs from Nabisco (okay, not my idea technically, but they're great so had to mention them)

FF pudding cups

31 reduced-fat Cheese Nips (3 points)

Cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower
