It took me a full day to be able to respond to this one because when I read it Sunday my initial reaction was: "Right now I see dry, wrinkled skin and puffy 'hung-over' eyes". I was NOT a prety site, nor was it a good morning to tell myself I look gorgeous.

But today is much better. Now that I'm exercising more I notice my waiste developing (I think I'm seeing traces of abdomen muscles under that fat!), my legs are getting svelt, I stand taller, my shoulder blades are looking sexy and my face is taking a lovely shape.

I notice I no longer take a brief glimpse in the mirror and wander off ignoring the fat. I look at my body now and though I'm still critical of some spots I make note of my butt getting tighter or there is one less role on my belly.

For the first time in a long time I can look at myself honestly and not feel like crap afterwards. In fact, I walk away a little stronger.

First - let me say that positive affirmations should be posted on your bathroom mirror. It helps those positive thoughts you have in the morning.

Second - We are taking care of our bodies, overall, by dieting. Now it is also time to start taking care of our facial skin. You should follow a good facial skin regimen and use eye makeup remover, cleanse, and moisturize. Use a facial mask at least once a week. Find a good product and follow it. It gets expensive but when you start getting those wrinkles you won't mind spending the money.

Third - Start your savings fund for that overall body and face lift!

When I see myself in the mirror in the morning I notice how I manage to sleep without messing my hair up...the dark circles under my eyes (heredity). But I manage to hide it well with yellow highlighter. (Also those pesky age spots from too much sun.

My waist is slimming down even thou I haven't lost more weight.
