OK, I always have really bad PMS munchies so I knew it was coming but this is the first time since I really got serious about losing weight.

It will get better, if you need to snack snack on the low cal,low fat food.

good for you for throwing away your temptations. You might try 1 piece of dark chocolate. It is supposed to be healthy for you and will help stop cravings. Or you could do some fat free chocolate pudding. Just try to keep busy and away from high temptation foods. And if you mess up just do a little extra exercise. sharla

Rhonda...good job on throwing out the cake! I'm so impressed and inspired! Even on a good day I don't think I could do it.

Just make it through the day and all will be good.

Besides, it's all just temporary gratification.
