It's nice to see someone else doing Tae-Bo too! So tell me, did you hate Billy as much as I did in the beginning? I may have been cursing him up and down weeks ago but now I REALLY appreciate the workout; he makes you feel it.
So my 21 challenge will be to continue my combination of walking, bellydancing and Tae-Bo but I want to up the Tae-Bo to 4 times a week (three 30 minute and one 1 hour).
I also want to cut down on my cheese intake. That's my snack down fall...it's far too easy to cut off a chunck or two of cheese and munch on it while cooking. I plan on limiting my cheese intake to a maximum of one slice a day - and by the end of the challenge not to snack on any!
I have a free belly dancing video that I do from time to time. The only problem is that it is only 10 minutes long, but it is good for when I have done another video and want to do a few more minutes. I too am curious, what are you doing. (You are one of the reasons I decided to try it out. It sounded like so much fun. sharla
Good idea on with the cheese. I've actually found that since I started buying the 'low fat' cheddar I really don't want to eat it...it's too gummy.
As for belly dancing...I'd recommend it to everyone! I started off with a beginner's dvd by Veena & Neena and once I was hooked I joined a class. It's a great ab workout ... both the dancing and the laughter.
Has anyone tried the new Billy Blanks bootcamp training? I'm thinking of getting it.
Hey Rhonda...sign me up!
