Ok, I took my kids to the gym yesterday to play basketball.

Oh Rhonda! My best friend, who is also trying to lose weight, pulled her tendon the other day and it's killing her that she can't get up and workout to her fullest. But be careful not to push yourself too hard until it's better or you'll cause more problems.

Keep icing it and keep it level. Maybe try doing some strength training like crunches, pushups, weights, etc?

Hope it's better soon though! You've been doing so well with the exercising that it's keeping me in check.

Cheers

Hugs, Rhonda. I have tendenitis (however you spell that. lol) in left foot and everytime I walk (even just through the grocery store on my weekly trips) makes it flare up. Give yourself a pat on the back for determination, hon, for walking despite the pain.

Hope you're feeling better soon!!

Please be cautious. Take the time you need for it to heal. It is far better to take a few days off than to risk more damage. I am really sorry. sharla

I'm glad it is doing better. Just remember to take it slow and to stop if the pain gets bad or if you have a lot of swelling. sharla
