Let's share our mini-goals, dates to reach them by, and reward ideas. I have my big goals mapped out, and a few small ones, but I need ideas for non-food rewards when I reach them..........let's brainstorm :)

My mini-goal is to fit into these capri jeans that I bought last year. They didn't fit then. It was one of those "i'll lose weight" purchases. I want to wear those by the end of the school year. My reward to myself is one new outfit: top, bottom, shoes.

For this fall, just being able to fit back into the bulk of my wardrobe (sz 16) is my goal AND my reward. I need to lose about 50lbs to do this and realize that I would be lucky (and proud) to have done this by then...but still...

For right now, my mini-goal is to lose 20lbs by mid-May. I have a camping trip scheduled with friends (from other states) for that time and 20lbs lost would get me back to the weight I was when they last saw me. Did I mention it is a clothing optional event and, um, I can't exactly try to camouflage the added weight? If I achieve my goal, I will treat myself to a new body bells. Or, perhaps some Mehndi? skye

I set lots of goals but didn't really seem to get started right away so I have to readjust most of them ;( I am currently at 337 and I wanted to be down to 315 by April 20th, however I don't know if thats possible. If it still was I would've bought myself some nice clothes for a special someone visiting that following week.

I also set a goal for my birthday (July 24th) which was 275 but again it's not looking too much like its going to happen. If it does happen (perhaps I'll change the goal to 290 or something) I want to have a big happy party :)

My mother and I have made plans for September to lose around 70 or so pounds (or just lose continously and healthy) and then go to a Theme park and hopefully fit in the rides!

I like everyones plans :) I also have a pair of jeans and a dress I'd like to fit into and wear comfortably, though I don't know what weight that would be. Probably 315. That'd definitely be a reward since I have about 10 pairs of those jeans that just barely fit but are so gorgeous!

Well shopping is always a good thing. For me, I don't get to do it to often for myself (always the kids and hubby) so when I accomplish a small goal, I go out and get myself a small gift and so on:)

Well, my first mini-goal is to roll down past the "0" on my scale. The scale's highest number is 270lbs and I mis-read the marks and thought my weight two weeks ago at 285 when it was really 295lbs! What an unpleasant surprise. Anyway, that is my first goal. The reward is not seeing that particular "0" ever again! LK
