Thanks for the welcomes ladies. As for what I am doing I am not following any diet really. I started by cutting out a lot of the sugars and fats from my diet. I also exercise regularly and switch up my exercises to keep my body guessing at what is coming next. I have a gazelle, treadmill and stepper platform I like to use.

When the weather is warmer I like to walk outside. I live in Indiana and the streets are hilly and are great for getting that heart going. We also have a park that has a great walking trail lots of trees and it goes around the lake which is really nice.

I have lots of videos I like to use I have Leslie Sansone, Richard Simmons and Tao Bo which is a lot of fun. I knew I had to do something to get this body back in shape.

I was unable to exercise for 2 years due to a car accident and I guess I appreciate being able to move as the accident laid me up for 2 years.

Foods I don't eat on my plan are bread, dairy, pasta I don't like meat much so I stick to chicken or tuna.
