1. Attend my WW meeting 2. Do my Walk Away the Pounds 3. Cook a good supper (I am straving right now) 4. Work on my points book 5. Clean my bathroom 6. Watch "Medium" which comes on tonight! 7. Drink all my water
Well I've already accomplished all the things I wanted to today...well, except for grocery shopping later which I'm dreading (I HATE, HATE, HATE taking my kids with me, they are heathens in the grocery store).
I made it through DS2's two appts this morning without strangling DS1, LOL. (He's a very spirited child and dr appts are NOT where he's best behaved.)
I picked up DS2's med refills that have been sitting in the pharmacy since last Thursday that I keep forgetting about.
And,
I went to the gym in our apt complex since I wasn't going to have time for my usual Curves workout.
Well I managed one of the things on my list....I went to my WW meeting.
1. When I got home my DH had fixed supper and it was not healthy. But hey they ate!
2. I still don't know how to count my exercise in my point’s book! This is because the WW Lady wants us to concentrate on how to eat healthy! ((((I already know how!!))))
3. I didn't get to clean my bath room...I was so tired and my foot hurt really badly by the time I got home.
4. And I didn't exercise again because my foot hurt and I was super tired.
