Alright...I lost 2 pounds this week. YEAH. I rock!!!!

Im trying to change my ticker but my computer aint working with me today... GRRR

Yea!! Way to go!

My goal is 2 pounds a week on average. As I step up my exercise I am hoping some to average maybe 3 pounds a week. Does that sound realistic to those of you that have been working at it a while?

I walk 30 minutes a day six to seven days a week. Exercise has given me motivation and helped to reduce hunger. I have seen about a steady weight loss of about two pounds a week. However, the exercise has helped with losing inches. I started on January 4th. I have lost seventeen pounds as of today. Oh, on one day on the weekend, I choose any restaurant and order whatever I want. This includes dessert. I drink six glasses of water a day too.

So you pick a restaurant every week? I cant totally give up chimichangas so I think I may have it once a month. I actually get quite a few flex points (from Weight Watchers)for exercise but I have to use them on the day of. I cant bank them for later. Although I get 35 a week so I can use my exercise points for all through the week and the weekly points for my occassional splurge. I will be happy with 2 pounds a week averge but thrilled with 3.
