Hello everyone,I have a question for anyone that has a hard time with eatting at night. What do you do so you don't eat during the night. I have a 1yr old that still wakes up in the middle of the night and when I am getting her a bottle anything I can find goes in my mouth.I feel like I am addicted to Nutty Bars.My daughter isn't the only reason I am up at night, I just don't sleep well. It's not like I am hungry it is like a habit. If anyone has the same problem please give me some advice to stop.
Thanks,
Christina

Thanks for the advice. Wow, you have lost 70lbs. how have you done it?? If I could afford Jenny Craig I would do that. I need someone to pick out the food for me and tell me how much. Being the cook in the family is hard, you always stick your finger in something. HaHa. I did the WW points thing before and I lost 40lbs. but I was also seperated from my husband at the time and I think the anger I had for him helped me lose the weight.
Thanks again,
Christina

Hi Welcome to the board. I also have a one year old that wakes up at night I haven't had a much of a problem with him, but I did with my first baby. I would eat everthing I could see when I was up with him. I would bake cakes or brownies and finished them up while I was up with the baby. I just stopped bringing home junk food and baking cakes. Since my husband and my three year old aren't really big on sweets they don't feel deprived at all. If its not there you can't eat it. Good luck with the night eating and getting that baby to sleep through the night. I wish mine would.
