Helen, it sounds like you are doing great. I think eating a healthy snack in the evening is a good solution to your late night eating. Let us know how it goes.

I did okay this week. My eating was good, but I wasn't able to get in much exercise. I have found that is the only way I can lose weight. The scale isn't showing much change, but I am crossing my fingers that it is fluid retention and will show a change soon. My official weigh in day is on Monday so there is still time.
June Goals: Walking 5 miles @ 3mph & 50 crunches. I started the crunches and am up to 27 and I have increased distance to 4 miles @ 2.5mph (divided into AM and PM sessions). Boy, getting up to 3mph is gonna take some work! Good going to everyone! LK
Well, pardon my language, but I pretty much sucked all week! Yes, its true. I did work out 3 times (maybe 4, can't remember), but the eating was awful. Absolutely awful.
So, I'm sure I gained..not lost. I'm getting sick of doing this to myself. I need to quit finding justification in screwing up......I guess I need a kick in the butt!
So far so good, I will like to be in my Size 20 shorts.
