Rhonda ma'am please step away from the fridge...don't beat yourself up for it. I ate about 6 hershey kisses today and felt soo guilty but you know what I'm a woman and there are days that I want chocolate darnit!!! Always remember that you've come along way already and you've already lost 23 pounds that is soooo awesome. Keep your chin up and always remember that tomorrow is another day. Honestly you know what has kept me out of the fridge, a picture of me at a size 6. Everytime I go to open that hell box I see THAT picture staring at me, reminds me everytime that what I am doing is good for me. Cheer up we are only human.

Yeah, that would be me. I have gorged myself today and have been bad about exercise. Why is it so easy to slip back into bad habits? What do you say we do a mini challenge together for the rest of the week. I bet once we start going again there will be no stopping us.

I'm a squealin' right along with ya...today has not been the best day for me, either. I went for a walk, but only 20 minutes because it's so freakin' cold and windy here...it's all I could take. Then, I decide to have a *healthy* snack...an orange, a piece of low-fat cheese and a serving size of wheat thins (yes, I counted them out). Well, apparently that wasn't enough, so, I started eating chocolate...lots of chocolate. Then I had pizza, chips and sugar-free jello (yeah, makes alot of sense). I've also really cut down on my water intake, which is a big no-no...I guess what I'm trying to say is that I know how you're feeling...today is just one day...tomorrow is a clean slate...it is a journal within which the entry has yet to be penned...only you can choose the content (as well as the color of the ink...personally, I'd go for purple :) Hope tomorrow is better for you :) We'll be chuggin' along right beside you and cheering you on :)

Today I purchased a diet tea sweetened with honey from Arazona products (sorry spelling is not my best subject)

Well anyway it was sooooo sweet. I had forgotten that when I eat anything sweet or starchy it makes me so hungry! And I went right to the frige and had a tortilla with a piece of pre packaged ham. I felt so bad...espcially when I realized why it had even happened.

I just have to be mor conscience I what I am doing.

I was just thinking of a mini one week of exercising and drinking water. IT seems to me if I am exercisning everything else falls into place. Do you want to start tomorrow?
