Hi everyone, I'm new to this and I really need your help. Most of you have tried diets that worked but I need your help A.S.A.P. I have a sweet 15 to be in and i need to lose about 75 pounds. Please give me some advice. I would really appreciate it.

Hi and welcome. I eat only whole grains, low fat food and try to keep my calories under 1500. Fitday.com has a way to keep track of your calories. I also try to exercise every day and have added weight training into my routine. I try to lose around 2 pounds per week although some weeks I lose more and others I don't lose any.
