Now, I've done cruddy for the day, but I'm not going to write it off completely. I did bring a healthy supper for later here at work. And, I did get out and walk a little ( a real little because I got winded and started getting cramps in my hiney muscles).

I have tons of excuses. And I recognize them as excuses just as they are.

So, I cannot undo what I've already done, except make myself throw up or take something for the south end...and that is a whole nuther ball game there...I'll just have to forget it, and go on...Right?!

I garontee...from now on, there will be better reports.

Well, I brought a large salad, 3 grilled chicken breast tenderloins, and some mac and cheese. The mac and cheese, I could of done without, but, I've decided not to eat the salad till tomorrow. I have to double back tomorrow, and won't have time to fix anything for breakfast lunch and supper. Oh, and an orange. for a snack later.

BTW, double back is when I work my own shift, 2PM till midnight, and "double-back" to work days tomorrow...7AM till 5 PM.
