Hey Rhonda!

I just finished doing my sit-ups when I came online and saw this post!

I did 60 cycling crunches and 15 side crunches (the WORST) on each side.

I did 120 total
40 regular
20 reverse
40 where you cross sides(don't know the name)
20 cycling type that you do with pilates.
