I have noticed in reading posts that sweets are a real challenge for a lot of people. For me, it is dairy, red meat, starches, and just about anything but sweets. So, let's hear it. What is your achille's heel AND how do you deal with it? LK
Mine - Baked potatoes. Now, I skip the butter and add lots of fat free sourcream and black pepper instead.

I was half-joking with some friends about my literal addiction to it's sweet and creamy goodness :) I've found the No Pudge products to be sufficient at meeting my cravings. They're made with Splenda and taste OK. The sunday cones are gross, but the strawberry shortcake bar is pretty yummy.
Also, WholeFruit sorbet products are good, but nothing comes close to Ben & Jerry's!
I love starchy foods..especially potatoes and bread....yummmmmmm!
