I haven't been working out. Why? Because I am waiting for my new Firm system. My old one is difficult to use the step won't stay together. Instead of doing another of my tapes or walking or anything I just quit. I said to myself I'll wait for my new Firm and I'll start over. So I've been sitting on my butt doing nothing. The Firm thingy will be here in about a week so I guess I could just wait or I could start now...I just don't have the motivation and also I'm very far behind in school....that could be the real problem. Maybe once I catch up this week I'll start again.

Believe me when I say I know what you're going through.
I am student teaching this semester at a local elementary school and my day is so full that it's bursting at the seams! I have to be at school at 7:30 and when I tack on a 30 min. drive plus an hour to get ready, we're looking at a 6 o'clock morning followed by a day of active (a nice way to say hyper) Kindergarteners, writing and planning lessons, coming home to a messy house (that I dont have time to keep up!), cooking dinner in a messy kitchen (that I dont have time to clean!), keeping up with deadlines for college work, trying to maintain and enjoy my new marriage, eating healthy and working out, not to mention retaining my sanity...
Sometimes life can seem like a banter of minor (and major) explosions that you try rather unsuccessfully to dodge.
I guess I'm trying to say - Hang in there and don't give up. Make sure you put YOURSELF first, not exercise.
If you're really feeling badly about it, work out in 15 min. increments. Don't feel like you have to do a whole video. Do what you can when you can. I try to get a 15 min. walk in before school and 15 min. after dinner.
