Ok I'll start..

I'll drink my water.. I'm not a big water fan, but I'll try to get the 8 cups this week.. and hopefully I'll start a habbit!!

Well I'm gonna go and be different here and NOT say water, LOL! I'm not going to eat after 8:00 pm and I'm also going to not drink any soda. Those are 2 of my bad habits that have crept back in lately and its time to kick them to the curb!

My change this week is to change my attitude and if I mess up, to change right now instead of waiting 2-3 days to start over again.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. I'm going to try to double my exercise from last week, which was very little, so it shouldn't be too hard, but man, am I tired today.

For my specific water goal...alternate between diet coke and water instead of all diet coke....then add 1 cup a day until I'm up to my 8...

um, how does this work? do we check in at the end of the week to talk about how we did, what worked, what didn't?

A day late,but I've already started....I'm making sure I get in exercise every day and making sure to get in target areas that need it...ya know,abs,arse,and so on...lol.

Also wanted to add...that all this week(and further on),I will NOT clean my plate,or my childs,or...well you get the idea,lol.If I am satisfied,I will leave what is leftover on my plate and not be guilty for throwing it out.
