Arrgh...Binge Monster!

So, this weekend wasn't too good for my diet. I was good on Friday and okay on Saturday and worse on Sunday. I ate a bunch of salty restaurant food and feel ugh. And Sunday I drank about 32 oz of regular soda while I was at the hospital with my friend (she is 36 weeks pregnant and was having pretty bad contractions yesterday, so she had to go be monitored). TOMs on the way, so I know that was a big part of my problem, but I gained like 5 lbs water weight...:(.
Today is a new day though, and I am determined to do this, so, here it goes again!

I'm doing ok so far, thanks for asking :). I've still had a couple more slips, but, according to fitday, my average calorie intake for the week is still only around 2200, which is letting me lose 1-2 lbs a week. Some days are better than others, and I've decided not to beat myself up over the not so good days. On the bright front, as of this morning I am down to the 250's. Yippee!

Hugs, hon. I didn't so good either. We took the boys to Burger King last night, so they could play on the playland thing they've got (a treat for them), and I completely blew it. Had me one of those new Bacon Cheddar Ranch burger, AND fries (dipped in ranch dressing of course) AND a coke (despite that there WAS 5 calorie lemondae on the soda fountain). The worst part? Oh lord, I so enjoyed that cheeseburger, every last lovin' bite of it. lol
Don't beat yourself up too much, hon. You have the right attitude--getting back up on that horse. You can do it!!
