Ok..breathe! Now breathe again. You will be ok. Shoot, half my winter clothes from THIS year don't even fit! So, what is it that is tripping you up on your diet/exercise program? For me, it's always been lack of motivation, so, maybe you could pull out a few pieces that are a little too tight and make a goal to first get back into those, then work your way down until you need to buy new ones because all the old ones are too small! You still have a couple of months before the really warm weather hits, so you have plenty of time to drop at least a size. What is your current eating plan? What can you do to tweak it? If you don't want to work on your foods, how about exercise? Can you kick it up a notch? Maybe even just switch to a different type? When I want to lose inches fast, I use this pilates dvd I have. I got it from Walmart, and it's called Pilates for Weight Loss. You can choose either regular, partially modified or fully modified exercises, and I use the fully modified because they are hard as heck, but if I do it 3xs a week and eat pretty healthy the rest of the time, I lose about 1"/week off my waist.
