Those are the words I heard tonight from my 5 year old as I sat in the bath tub.

Aww...isn't it just great what small children will say ;). LOL. The other day I was standing at the refrigerator getting my food ready for work and the "door open" alarm started beeping. My boyfriend asked what the sound was, and my friends four old son said "It's aunt Staci backing up"...ha ha ha...he says things like that sometimes, but this time he was told to say it by my friends husband and I got so upset, I thought I was going to cry--it didn't help that I was PMSing. My friends husband just needs to be beat over the head because he is a jerk!

Forgive me, Shawna, but I had to LOL. My boys--who take far too much after their father and like to tease mom--enjoy patting my butt....just to watch it wiggle. My youngest (also 5) loves doing the same thing to my tummy.

I lock the door when I take a shower or a bath (for that exact reason). My oldest--a seemingly very sensitive child--said to me once, "How come you're so fat, mom?"

Kids. God made 'em cute for a reason. LOL

I know, right? Skinny minnies make me want to gag. lol But that was it, exactly...he didn't say it to be mean, was just being honest, and he has since learned that while it's honest, it can hurt someone's feelings (cause god help me if that child ever says it to someone else! LOL).
