...your current goal? I know that they say that it's best to break down your weight loss and fitness goals into smaller, more manageable goals, so I figured I would see what everyone else is aiming for currently. Also, are you going to reward yourself for meeting your goal? If so, what is your reward going to be?
I'll go first! :)
My current goal is to lose 20 lbs, and today I realized that I am only 4 lbs away from that goal! After I hit this first goal, I think I am going to break my goals into 15 lb incriments and then maybe even take to 10 lb incriments the closer I get to goal.
I am definitely going to reward myself this time around because it's actually hard work losing this weight! Since I earned a bonus last month at work and will be getting it on May 1st, I think I am going to take about $50 of it and go get myself an hour long massage at a local spot. I have never had a professional massage and that sounds soooooo good. I'll have to decide on my other rewards as I go along, but I'm sure some of them will be clothes, although I don't really need anything new for about 30 more lbs since I lost this weight once not too long ago.
My fitness goals are just to get back into exercising, and I think after I stick with it for a while, I'm going to start saving up for an elliptical trainer because they are awesome.
I can't wait to hear what everyone else is aiming for!

Hi, i'm new to this board, but i gotta say i love it already.
i guess my most current goal is to "break 200" that means i want to get below 200. i have about 25 to lose to do it.
as for a reward, maybe some new jeans!
i've lost a little over 30 so far, and i'm never sure what my goal weight is, because it's been so long since i've been any other size but this or more. right now my ideal is 160, and we'll see what happens from there.

My current goal is to get down to 200 lbs.by October.I have about 30 to 35 lbs. to go to get there,and while it may seem like October is a long way off to have only that amount of weight to lose,I'm really afraid of trying to make it to 200 in less then that.This gives me lots of room to take my time,and if I make it to goal before then,then thats less time to make another goal....if not though,then I know I took it off slowly and will have hopefully learned to change my eating and exercise habits.

All I want to do is get under 295....if I could go to 289 that would be awsome. But I just keep bobbing back and forth between 297 to 300....today I weighed for the first time this week and I was back at 300. :0(

My mini goal is to break 220 on the beginning of June. I will get a a pedicure and buy new expensive sandals.
My goal for excercising is to ride that stationary bike twice a week and have a walk once a week. I am pretty slacking so i am starting with something dowable.
