...your current goal? I know that they say that it's best to break down your weight loss and fitness goals into smaller, more manageable goals, so I figured I would see what everyone else is aiming for currently. Also, are you going to reward yourself for meeting your goal? If so, what is your reward going to be?
I'll go first! :)
My current goal is to lose 20 lbs, and today I realized that I am only 4 lbs away from that goal! After I hit this first goal, I think I am going to break my goals into 15 lb incriments and then maybe even take to 10 lb incriments the closer I get to goal.
I am definitely going to reward myself this time around because it's actually hard work losing this weight! Since I earned a bonus last month at work and will be getting it on May 1st, I think I am going to take about $50 of it and go get myself an hour long massage at a local spot. I have never had a professional massage and that sounds soooooo good. I'll have to decide on my other rewards as I go along, but I'm sure some of them will be clothes, although I don't really need anything new for about 30 more lbs since I lost this weight once not too long ago.
My fitness goals are just to get back into exercising, and I think after I stick with it for a while, I'm going to start saving up for an elliptical trainer because they are awesome.
I can't wait to hear what everyone else is aiming for!

Well I've been a longer time lurker, finally posting. Figured this was just a good of a topic to get startd on as any. My short term goal is 250. Long term goal is 199. It has been a long time since my weight started with a "1".I want to reach 250 my the end of July.If I get there my reward is a trip to our state archives for a day of research on my family tree. The big reward is a "kid-free" day. My fitness goal will be to walk 4 days this week. Im not off to a good start but I have time .
