I'm with you! I'm not on Weight Watchers, but I do try to keep my calories below a certain level, and I'm determined to not let one piece of pizza become 5 or 1 slice of cake become the whole thing. I know that I can do this, and I am finally starting to realize that I can be reasonable with what I do and not have to restrict, restrict, restrict, until I go on a food binge for days or even weeks. So yeah, I'm going to be faithful to my weight loss journey also and never let one treat turn into a weeks worth or even a days worth!

I like your determination! You're gonna' make it. I didn't know anyone else was counting days like me. It is motivating for me, I'm on day 65 and it does go by fast. LK

I'm with you too. I am getting in gear, and refuse to walk down the aisle a fate bride. Day 1 for me no more cheats.

You go girl!! And I'm with you every step of the way!! I have been soooo good this week!! I am on day 4 (just started hardcore on Monday), and I already feel better from cutting out all the junk and filling up on fruits and veggies. I have been going faithfully to my water aerobics classes. We can do it!! I know we can!! I need to drink a bit more water than I have been. Hopefully I'll see that the scale has moved when I weigh in next Monday. Good luck and keep me posted on your progress!! ((hugs))

I'm with you! I have a long way to go and if I don't go hardcore it isn't going to happen! More water, less sleeping in, more exercise and counting them points.... Finding good new foods so I don't get bored with the same ole same ole thing is going to be my hard part...but I will prevail, just as I know you will as well! Good luck!

I know I'm late joining in, but as of this morning, I'm going hardcore too. No more excuses, no more letting myself slide by. I've been gaining and losing the same five pounds, keep getting down a few pounds, then sabotaging myself and having a binge fest (I think it's that fear of being thin, honestly). But no more.
