Fast food, definitely. Just foudn that one out tonight. We went out to eat. I did okay, had this grilled chicken sandwich (much better than Ultimate Cheeseburger I wanted. lol). But I ate the curly fries *and* had a milkshake. Ugh. Next time, I'm sticking to a salad. I'm paying for it, though...I gorged myself like the pig that I am, and now I have a belly ache. lol

My weakness is fast food and chocolate too...recently.

My weakness is sweets in general. I am ok until the first bite and then look out. I will eat everything sugar. A total sugar addict. Must try harder not to have that first taste!!! :-)Stephanie 280/252/223 for now.

My biggest weakness is eating for stress or boredom. I've done so well this past week, but this weekend almost did me in. Neil and I spent HOURS this weekend cleaning, organizing, and rearranging his house. We ate out Friday because we took my mom out for Mother's Day, and I did great, but didn't eat anything after 5 pm even though we stayed up until 3 a.m. cleaning and I was starving when we went to bed. Saturday I only at breakfast and then we ate dinner out, and I did really great then, too. We cleaned on Saturday until midnight, then went to the store. I had to end up getting something to eat when we went to the store at midnight and my stomach was still grumbling after I ate that! Sunday we finished organizing and cleaning, and his family came over for a cook-out. I think because I was so exhausted from all the cleaning and organizing and lack of sleep and because I was so hungry from not eating enough on Friday or Saturday, I lost all control of my eating for the cookout. I ate a ton of bad for me stuff, but I stayed on track ok calorie wise. I'm just a bit disappointed in myself because I was doing good at controlling my urges to overeat simply because of stress or boredom. Oh well, today is a new day and I am ready to go. I am at 19.5 lbs lost and I plan on hitting 20 by my official weigh in on Wednesday morning!
