...what are your goals for May? I figured since we just ended one month and started a new one, it would be great to hear what everyone did that they were proud of for last month. Did you find a renewed will to lose weight or to exercise? Did you stick to your eating plan for more than 1 day in a row? :) Did you lose or maintain your weight? I also thought it would be great to hear what everyone's goal is for May.
I am proud that:
I started back eating healthy and lost over 15 lbs.
I have finally started getting a handle on the urge to overeat out of boredom or stress YAY!!)
I let all of my loved ones know what I was trying to do instead of being ashamed of it.
I found this board to post on!
For May, my goals are:
To stick to my healthy eating plan and keep the stress/boredom eating under control.
Exercise much more regularly...my goal for this week is to get some exercise at least 3 or 4 days.
Now, who's next??? :)

I'm proud that I've lost 4.4lbs so far (I think about a month), and that I've upped my exercise and water! I'm happy that I have found a great support network (here and on WLW) that is encouraging me to do better each week.
For May, I'd like to lose a little more weight than this month and keep up with the exercise.
Thanks for posting this.

Hi I am new to this website but glad to be here. I just started today and am happy to hear about your goals and successes. I stuck to my diet today and exercised. I hope to stay determined and uplifted but am afraid as well. This my home base to keep me motivated. Talk to everyone soon.
I'm proud that in April I finally got into a habit of getting some exercise in everyday.Usually its walking 20 minutes on the treadmill and then a few times a week adding in a workout tape.I'm also proud that I've been good on kitchen rules...no getting something to eat after 9pm :o)Oh,and watching my portions!
For May,my goals are to walk a bit longer each day,and continue learning new healthy foods to cook for the entire family.

I like these. These are nice, fun little boosts we all need. :)
I am proud that:
I excercised almost every day
I'm continuing to eat better, finding healthier alternatives
I'm getting in 10-12 glasses of water almost every day...the days "on" are more frequent than the days "off".
For May I'd like to work on curbing the boredom eating. Been doing a lot of that, lately. Did it last night, in fact. And it's keeping me from losing weight. I've been maintaining for the last 6 weeks. Okay, have to add....I also want to watch my sugar intake, find healthier alterternatives for all the sweet snacks I tend to eat. The cookies, frankly. I was looking over my journals and I realized that I am a sugar-aholic. lol I need to either eat healthier stuff (fresh fruit) or not at all.
