HI There! I couldn't post to your message on my original post for some reason. Anyway, I would love to be your buddy. It sounds like we struggle with alot of the same issues. I have finally decided on a plan. I'm going to try Dr. Phil's Weightloss Plan. It seems reasonable and I trust him and his advice. The plan is:
Breakfast: 1 Fruit, 1 Protein, 1 Cereal or Bread and 1 fat or milk product
Snack: 1 milk product and a piece of fruit
Lunch: 1 Serv. Protein, & Veggies & Bread, Grains, or other starch
Snack: 1 milk product and a piece of fruit
Dinner: 1 Serv. Protein, & Veggies & Bread, Grains, or other starch
