Need a little motivation for exercise

Okay, I tried to walk/run this morning. I did not even run one side of a block, but you would have thought I needed 911. I was wheezing and panting and felt about to die. It really made me realize how terribly out of shape I am. Now, I have to try to get up and do it in the morning. It sure is hard to find the time to exercise. Every time before, I have tried to exercise I gave up on it. And that is what I feel like doing this time. But I am determined to keep plugging away.

Thats wonderful that you got up and did it!
HI
Number one...You should be proud of yourself just doing the walk/run. That is probably according to the experts one of the most challenging and best cardiovascular training activeties you should be doing and this early stage. I was a jogger before my thyroid
destroyed my health and am finally normalized and just starting to walk /run again. I know how har d it is and you will be sore.. but keep it up. Try gettin some good exercise tapes that are 20 minutes or 30 minutes and do it on odd days. Variety will keep you motivated. Good ones - kickboxing Kathy Smith, Walk away the pounds {inside for rainy days.. fun )Good ol'Richard Simmons - What a motivator! Crunch video"s -latin dance ect...
I used to wake up and decide ...MMM what do I feel like today ? It works Claudette
